Here it how it works – Steps 1-5
We will work with the client, or their recommended academician, researcher or expert directly to understand their goals and basic details of the project requirement.
We will finalize the format of the video/content as per your needs.
Based on the information we receive, we develop a first draft of the script.
The script undergoes several rounds of editing based on feedback from the researcher, academician, or specific expert in the field.
Final script is sent to the client for approval.
Once the script has been approved, we ask for useful multimedia – such as images, videos, etc that you may have for video or animation that will help in explaining the science or process.
Next we shoot the video or develop animation in collaboration with the scientist or the expert in the field. We also record the voiceover either directly from the scientist or professional voice actors.
Final stage is professional editing of the video
After the final video and animation is done, it undergoes quality approval.
Subsequently, video draft is sent to client for their approval.
Also, any disclaimers, regulatory compliance banners, etc are added before or after or during the video.
Based on the clients need, the final video or animation is published across the various media and scientific channels including YouTube, Vimeo, various professional websites such as VuMedi, social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
